One time registration fee: $25.00
Security deposit: two weeks tuition (see # 9 for details)

1. Classes are ongoing and billed on a per month basis

2. Students taking classes twice a week are eligible for a 10% discount

3. 10% family discount for two or more members of the immediate family

4. Please pay your tuition by the first lesson of each month
($25 late fee for paying after 15th of the month)
New students are eligible for pro-rated monthly fees

5. There is a $25 service charge for any returned checks

6. 24-hour notification must be received for a make-up class to be
granted. Make-up class could be taken within two weeks following the
missed class date

7. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes cannot be
deducted from tuition or prorated for the next month's tuition.
One make-up class per each 4 week session

8. If the instructor is unable to attend class, students will be notified and a
make-up class will be rescheduled within one month or prorated to the
next month

9. Upon enrollment, your space will be reserved until we receive a
WRITTEN "notice of withdrawal". Please inform us at least two weeks in
advance. Security deposit will be refunded if a written notification of
withdrawal is received two weeks before the last class. Security deposit
will be used for last 2 weeks tuition and forfeited if proper notice of
withdrawal is not received

10. Art Academia reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any one when
deemed appropriate by any member of the staff. Disruptive behavior will
not be tolerated. Students who do not comply will not be allowed to
continue classes and any remaining tuition will be forfeited
